
Vancouver Whitecaps FC and BC Soccer Introduce Youth Soccer Season Ticket

VANCOUVER, BC - Vancouver Whitecaps FC in partnership with BC Soccer launched the exclusive Youth Soccer Season Ticket which enables boys and girls registered with BC Soccer to purchase Whitecaps FC season tickets for the 2012 season at an accessible price. The exclusive offer is part of the continued partnership between Vancouver Whitecaps FC and Community Partner, BC Soccer, who work closely together to grow the game of soccer in British Columbia. The goal of this exclusive offer is to ensure Whitecaps FC matches are accessible to young soccer enthusiasts who will be inspired by seeing their heroes live in-action.
BC Soccer youth players are eligible to purchase their season ticket for $249, with the purchase of an adult ticket at the regular price of $499 to a maximum ratio of six youth tickets per adult ticket purchased. All tickets purchased as part of the Youth Soccer Season Ticket program will be located in aqua section 230 at BC Place stadium.
"We are proud of our strong relationship with BC Soccer and look forward to continuing to work with this provincial body to raise the profile of soccer in British Columbia through programs such as this and the EA SPORTS BC Soccer Premier League," said Vancouver Whitecaps FC chief operating officer, Rachel Lewis. "Youth Soccer Season Tickets are transferable, making it possible to share them amongst soccer clubs and between families, if desired. This provides a flexible option for busy families."
