USS Performs at Halftime

(Edmonton) - When the Edmonton Eskimos take on the Ottawa RedBlacks to open the regular season this Saturday, June 25, alternative dance duo USS hits the stage for Nissan halftime at The Brick Field at Commonwealth Stadium.
Forty fans and their guests will win the opportunity to hang out with the band in a private suite during the second half of the game.
Anyone who purchases game tickets by 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, June 23 is automatically entered for a chance to win their way in. Tweet the hashtag #ESKSUSS for an additional entry. Those who previously purchased tickets to the game are already entered.
Winners will be selected via random draw on Friday, June 24, and notified via email or telephone.
The USS (Ubiquitous Synergy Seeker) sound is a mixture of drum and bass beats, grunge-like guitar riffs, and two-step rhythms. The band out of Toronto, Ontario is composed of vocalist, guitarist, and erhu player Ashley Buchholz (aka Ash Boo-Schultz) and turntablist/hype man Jason "Human Kebab" Parsons.
