The Kalamazoo Kings return to Homer Stryker Field after a 6 game road trip on Thursday, July 3. The Kings will take on two time defending Frontier League Champion Richmond Roosters starting at 6:35 p.m. on Thursday for a three game series. Here are the events planned:
Thursday: We're going to make a lot of noise at Homer Stryker Field. The first 1,000 fans will receive Cheerstix, courtesy of the Seelye Wright Automotive Group.
Friday: It's the Kings third annual 4th of July Extravaganza. Special game time is 5:05 p.m., with a concert, featuring local act 2 P's and a Blonde, and the best fireworks show in Kalamazoo following the game.
Saturday: Join the Kings for the final game of the series. It's baseball card giveaway night - the first 1,000 fans through the gate will receive cards of Player Set #2, courtesy of Shoe Carnival. If you were at the game on June 26 and got the first set of baseball cards, come out on Saturday to collect the second set of your favorite Kings players!
