Two Pitchers Make Debut in Sox Loss

The Silver Sox dropped the final game of a three game set against Orange County Sunday by a final of 5-4. The game featured the debut of two new Silver Sox pitchers.

RHP Adam Harendza started the game and pitched four innings allowing four runs on eight hits. LHP Josh Evans pitched four innings in relief of Harendza. RHP Eric Brock came in and pitched one scoreless inning in his Sox debut.

1B Mike Done and DH Juan Senreiso continued their hot hitting, each picking up RBI?s in the game.

As was the case on Saturday, the Silver Sox had a look at the game in the ninth inning but they could not come back against Nick Casanova who saved both games for the Flyers.

The team will begin another series with the Orange County Tuesday night at 7pm. The three game set marks the first time the Sox visit Goodwin Field in Fullerton this season. Catch the pregame at 6:45 on ESPN Radio 630 or streaming live here at silversoxbaseball.com.

The Silver Sox return home Friday to face Long Beach.
