Tulsa to Face Springfield and Arkansas in Seven-Game Homestand

The Tulsa Drillers will return to action at ONEOK Field on Monday, June 3 to begin a seven-game homestand. Tulsa will host the Springfield Cardinals (St. Louis Cardinals) from June 3-5, followed by a four-game set against the Arkansas Travelers (Seattle Mariners) from June 6-9.
Promotions for the homestand will include a celebration of the City of Tulsa from June 6-9 in the return of the 918 Weekend. These four games will feature the Drillers wearing special, alternate uniforms that were inspired by the new Tulsa flag. In addition, there will be an All-Star Game Tumbler giveaway to the first 1,000 fans on Thursday, June 6. The homestand will also include back-to-back Fireworks Nights on Friday, June 7 and Saturday, June 8.

The Drillers have played well at ONEOK Field, going 15-10 in their first 25 home games this season. That record includes a 3-0 mark against the Cardinals but just a 3-8 record against the first-place Travelers.

It will be another $2 Tuesday, brought to you by TulsaRecycles.com, 2 Works for You and Z104.5 The Edge. It is the night of discounts! Fans can purchase General Admission Lawn Tickets for only $3 each (includes $1 Oklahoma professional sports fee), while all other tickets are discounted $3 off normal prices. Fans can also buy hot dogs, boxes of popcorn, cotton candy, ice cream sandwiches and soft drinks for $2 each. Also, fans can save $2 on Mazzio's Go Pizzas. In addition, Busch Light will be on sale for just $2 per serving from 6-8 PM on the concourse behind home plate.

AFTERNOON BASEBALL
What better way to help you make it through your busy work week than with an afternoon Drillers game, presented by OERB, Tulsa's Channel 8 and 99.5 Big Country! In addition, young fans will want to get to the ballpark early because the first 500 kids ages 12 and under will receive a Drillers poster. OERB will also be conducting a well site safety program before the game.

918 Weekend will begin with an All-Star Game Stainless Steel Tumbler giveaway that is perfect for all hot or cold beverages. The first 1,000 fans to enter ONEOK Field at the Arvest or Oil Derrick entrances will receive the tumbler, presented by Strike Out Stroke, Saint Francis, Hillcrest, Gentech, My41 and AM 1430 The Buzz.

FOX23 FRIDAY NIGHT FIREWORKS / 918 WEEKEND
918 Weekend will continue with FOX23 Friday Night Fireworks that will feature a fantastic post-game fireworks show presented by U.S. Cellular, FOX23 and K95.5. Also, U.S. Cellular has purchased a limited number of tickets that they want to give away to fans for free. The tickets will be available at their 6703 East 41st Street and 8022 East 101st Street locations. Tickets are limited. Once they are gone, they are gone!

It will be a great day for young fans as all kids ages 12 and under will receive a Kids Eat Free Coupon when they enter the ballpark. The coupon will be redeemable for a free hot dog, a Hiland milk, fruit cup and an ice cream sandwich.
HORNSBY MUG GIVEAWAY
The first 500 kids, ages 12 and under, to enter through the Arvest or Oil Derrick entrances will receive a Hornsby Mug, courtesy of the Green Country Chevy Dealers, 2 Works for You and 106.1 The Twister.
PSO YOUTH BASEBALL CLINIC
Prior to the game, all youth baseball and softball players are invited to participate in the PSO Youth Skills Clinic. The Arvest Gate will open at 11:30 AM so young players can go on the field to learn baseball skills straight from the Drillers, complements of PSO. All other gates will open at 12:00 PM.
Throughout the homestand, the Drillers will be hosting an online auction that includes autographed items and the Drillers game-worn autographed 918 Jerseys from the upcoming homestand. Plus, on Friday and Saturday, we will have a silent auction at the ballpark that will include signed baseballs, bats and jerseys. All of the money raised will go to the American Red Cross to benefit flood and storm victims in the Tulsa area.
