Shaun David and Carlos Videla each scored three goals in helping the Dallas Sidekicks defeat the Tulsa Revolution, 14-5, in Major Arena Soccer League action, at the Cox Business Center, Saturday night.

Just 2:18 into the first quarter, Tulsa's Cristian Mata was given a blue card two minute penalty for a boarding foul, and eight seconds later the Sidekicks Jamie Lovegrove rocketed a shot into the net to give Dallas the early lead. Tulsa's lone goal in the first quarter came off the foot of Michael Poneys, on a well placed shot from the right corner just inside the far goalpost. After one quarter of play, Dallas led 4-1.

In the second quarter, Shaun David of Dallas scored the first of his three goals followed by Lovegrove's second goal of the game, to give the Sidekicks a 6-1 lead. Tulsa responded with a goal by Bryant Scrapper with 12:37 remaining in the second quarter, but by halftime Dallas led 10-2.

The Revolution played much better in the second half, but it wasn't enough to overcome the eight goal deficit. Scoring in the third quarter for Tulsa were Poneys with his second of the game, and Cristian Mata with a pair of goals.
