
Tulsa Makes Trade with Tucson

Tulsa, Okla. - Tulsa Oilers Football, a proud member of the IFL and powered by Community Care, made their first trade of the 2024 regular season, picking up offensive lineman Jacob Ungruhe, sending in return an undetermined player in the future.
Ungruhe, signed with the Tucson Sugar Skulls during this past offseason in December of 2023.
The 6'4, 360 lbs. lineman spent his rookie season with the Iowa Barnstormers in 2023.
During his college career, the new Oilers' OL began at Urbana University, where he spent three seasons with the Blue Knights, appearing in 20 total games during his final two years at Urbana. Ungruhe then transferred to Morehead State University, spending three seasons with the Eagles, where he appeared in 28 games.
Tulsa will head into a bye week, but return for their home opener against Iowa Barnstormers at the BOK Center on April 6, 2024, at 7:05 p.m. CST. The first 1000 fans will receive a Tulsa Oilers 3'x5' house flag.
