Tulsa 66ers Host Arkansas for New Year's Eve

TULSA, Okla., December 29, 2005 - This New Year's Eve marks a spectacular end to 2005 as the Tulsa 66ers rival the Arkansas RimRockers at the Expo Square Pavilion Saturday, December 31, 2005. Tip off is scheduled for 6 p.m. The NBA Development League invites family and friends to ring in 2006 and enjoy a host of activities for the entire family.
The 66ers are offering several ticket packages this New Year's Eve. Packages range from $15-30 and include premium seating, food and a 66ers T-shirt. With the tip off at 6 p.m., families and fans can enjoy professional basketball and still have time to ring in the New Year. The Kid's Zone will be a fantastic place for youth to enjoy a safe, kid-friendly environment with face painting, inflatables, banner making and party favors.
In addition to the special offers, the Tulsa 66ers would like to extend their support to the University of Tulsa as they take on Fresno State in the Liberty Bowl at noon on Saturday. Fans unable to attend the TU game can wear their apparel to the 66ers game. Fans who show their TU apparel at the box office will receive $5 off any seat on Saturday if TU wins and $2 off any seat if TU loses.
"This is an exciting time to come out and support the Tulsa 66ers this New Year's Eve and end 2005 with an electrifying game," said team president Joe Berry. "We're offering fans an earlier tip off so that friends and families can still go out later to celebrate the New Year."
