
Tri-City ValleyCats Rained out for Second Straight Night

TROY, NY - For the second straight night, the weather in Troy, New York had other plans, as the Tri-City ValleyCats attempted to continue a weekend series against Atlantic Division rival Equipe Quebec with a single-admission doubleheader Sunday evening. Play was suspended in the middle of the second inning of game one, with the doubleheader officially going down as a rainout.
Any ticket that was purchased for Sunday's contests may be exchanged for a ticket to a future ValleyCats home game during the 2021 season. Ticket exchanges for games postponed due to rain may be made by visiting the ValleyCats' box office at Joseph L. Bruno Stadium or calling them at 518-629-CATS (2287).
The 'Cats and Quebec will continue game one action in the bottom of the second on Friday, July 23, when Equipe Quebec returns to the Capital Region for the final time this season. The start time of Friday's doubleheader is forthcoming, with a seven-inning game following the resumption of the nine-inning contest.
