Trenton Thunder to Celebrate the Number One with Early Ticket Release to One Game

(Trenton, NJ) - The calendar will reach 1/11/11 next week and the Trenton Thunder, Double-A affiliate of the New York Yankees, have taken the lead in the sports world by recognizing the number one ‚¬â„¢s historical day. The team selected their number one value-driven promotional game on the 2011 schedule and will have an early one-day release for individual tickets to that exclusive game.

On Tuesday, January 11th the Thunder will open up 1,111 tickets for their Friday, April 15th game against the Harrisburg Senators (Washington Nationals). On the 15th, for the advanced ticket price of $11, fans can enjoy free Hot Dogs, Hamburgers and Cheeseburgers throughout the game. This is an extremely limited All-You-Can-Eat offer that will be available for early purchase from 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m on January 11th. Individual tickets for all games will go on-sale February 1st. One fan that purchases tickets on the early release date will receive a pair of "Rivals" Mini Plans for next season.

"What better date than 1/11/11 to open up ticket sales for our number one promotion!," said Thunder General Manager Will Smith. "We want to continue to be the number one destination for families looking for an affordable outing, and we think free Hot Dogs, Hamburgers and Cheeseburgers will put us at the top of the list."

On April 15th, All-You-Can-Eat Hot Dogs, Hamburgers and Cheeseburgers and will be available at the 1st Base and 3rd Base Main Food Court locations. Fans will be limited to three items per trip to the food court. All season ticket holders are able to participate in the promotion, free of additional charge.

The 2011 Trenton Thunder season will begin on Thursday, April 7 at New Hampshire with the home opener set for Thursday, April 14 versus Harrisburg.
