
Trax Announce New Director of Media Relations

Macon, Ga. â The Macon Trax Hockey Club is pleased to announce the appointment of Adam Minnick to the position of Director of Media Relations/Broadcaster.
Minnick comes to the Trax via Fayetteville, N.C. where he worked as the Communication Director/Broadcaster for the Cape Fear FireAntz of the ACHL. While with the FireAntz, Minnick served as the PA announcer/Assistant to the G.M. for the Fayetteville SwampDogs, a minor league baseball team in the Coastal Plain League.
Minnick was previously employed as Sports Director and Sports Broadcaster for WIUS-AM radio in Bloomington, IN. He graduated from Indiana University with a BA in Journalism.
"We are very excited to have Adam on board to take over the reigns as our Director of Media Relations and Broadcaster. The Middle Georgia Area has some very passionate Trax fans as well as media personnel and we expect Adam to develop a great relationship with both." Trax General Manager Joe Suk said.

The Macon Trax will open their season at home on Saturday, November 22nd at 7:35pm and will take on the Alabama Slammers. The Trax will also play the Jacksonville Barracudas, Lakeland Loggerheads, Miami Manatees, and Orlando Seals in the WHA2's inaugural season. All games will be broadcast on www.irn.fm.
