Ray Winder Field, Little Rock, AR - The Arkansas Travelers have entered into an agreement to broadcast all games live during the 2004 season on The Ticket Total Sports 1380. Travs radio broadcaster Phil Elson will return for his fourth year behind the microphone.

The 2004 season is the fourth that Travs fans can listen to all 140 home and road games over the airwaves and on the Internet. All broadcasts will begin 20 minutes before first pitch with the ITT Tech Pregame Show featuring scores and news across the Texas League and the Majors.

The Ticket Total Sports 1380 AM is the only all-sports radio station in Pulaski County. As an affiliate of the Sporting News Radio Network, it carries a 24-hour programming schedule focusing on all aspects of the national sports spectrum. The Travelers will be the cornerstone of Total Sports 1380's local programming during the baseball season.

"We're proud to be able to bring the Arkansas Travelers' 2004 season to Central Arkansas," said Total Sports 1380 General Manager Arlen Horn. "We're also looking forward to provide more programming throughout the season that spotlights the Travs."

"I think it's a really good marriage," said Travs Executive Vice President/General Manager Bill Valentine. "It's good to be on a real sports station. Sports fans will already be tuning in and they'll be able to listen to sports before and after our broadcasts."

Along with the radio broadcast, the Travs will also feature each game live on their website, visit www.travs.com. The Travelers' first game broadcast of the 2004 season will be on April 8 when they open the season in Wichita.
