Travelers Teams up with Hens

Travelers is teaming up with the Toledo Mud Hens as they close out the first half of the 2014 MiLB season. The four-game series against the Pawtucket Red Sox, presented by Travelers, from Thursday, July 10 through Sunday, July 13, is packed with promotions and family fun events while showcasing members of the Triple-A All-Star Game.
To salute Mike Hessman's record breaking homer to become the International League's all-time leader in home runs, Travelers is presenting the first 2,000 fans with a Mike Hessman Blockhead on Thursday, July 10. Following the weekend, Hessman will make his fourth trip to the Triple-A All-Star Game - tied for the most selections in the game's 27-year history. Two other All-Star selections (Ezequiel Carrera, Toledo and Anthony Ranaudo, Pawtucket) are also set to play in the series presented by Travelers.
Travelers is presenting unique theme nights throughout the series which includes LEGO(r) Night, a "Pink in the Park" game to benefit the Susan G. Komen for the Cure, a 80's and 90's Concert Night and Family Fun Day at Fifth Third Field!

WHEN: Thursday, July 10 vs. Pawtucket at 7 pm
WHAT: Travelers presents LEGO(r) Night! During the promotion, the Mud Hens created their own collectible Mike Hessman blockhead presented by Travelers. The first 2,000 fans through the gates will receive the fan gift.
WHEN: Friday, July 11 vs. Pawtucket at 7 pm
WHAT: Travelers presents 'Pink in the Park.' Players will tout special edition pink themed jerseys which will be auctioned off during the game to benefit the Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
The Mud Hens and Travelers encourage fans to pink out the entire ballpark. Travelers also presents a postgame fireworks show.
WHEN: Saturday, July 12 vs. Pawtucket at 7 pm
WHAT: Travelers and the Mud Hens will turn back the clock during Saturday's matchup with 80's and 90's Concert Night featuring special performances throughout the night along with a sequin glove giveaway to the first 1,500 fans. Fireworks will also be on display following the game.
WHEN: Sunday, July 13 vs. Pawtucket at 6 pm
WHAT: Travelers is giving fans a chance to meet and mingle with Mud Hens' players prior to the game, at approximately 4:15 pm, for Family Fun Day at Fifth Third Field. Following the game, kids can run the bases and enjoy postgame fireworks.

TRAVELERS ACTIVITIES: Photo Experience: Fans can have their photo taken on a Mud Hens program cover.
Distracted Driving Simulator: Fans get a chance to complete a driving simulator that showcases the dangers of distracted driving. If you reach a certain score, you win a prize!
Interactive gaming: Fans can play various touchscreen games and earn prizes for high scores!
Additional Travelers Activities: Fans 18 years and older who own a vehicle that stop by can complete an auto insurance quote to receive a complimentary Toledo Mud Hens T-shirt, available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
