WINNIPEG, MB - The following is a list of happenings from Day 15 of the 2006 Winnipeg Blue Bombers training camp:
STARS OF THE DAY: DB Gabriel Fulbright, who had an interception, DT Doug Brown, QB Kevin Glenn, who threw several laser-like strikes, and S Ian Logan.
NEW ARRIVALS: None.
DEPARTURES: SB Casey Allen, SB Adrian Madise, OL Ryan Bisson, RB Tellis Redmon, OL Ryan Bachman, SB Jeff Schieman, LB Santino Hall, DL Martin Lapostolle, DB Brad Franklin, DL Demetrius Shambley, LB Travis Ortega, DB Boyd Barrett, OL Tyler Tapp, LB Scott Mennie.
INJURIES: SB Jamie Stoddard (charley horse, day-to-day), WR Chad Rempel (hamstring, week).
TEAM NEWS: The team practiced for the first time since Friday's 25-24 pre-season loss to the Montreal Alouettes at Canad Inns Stadium. Several injured players returned to the field including RB Onterrio Smith and OL Obby Khan. The Bombers play their first road game of 2006 when they travel to Montreal for a pre-season contest THURSDAY, JUNE 8 against the Alouettes. Game time is 6 p.m. (Central). The game will be broadcast on CJOB 680 A.M.
