Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, June 12, 2002 - Here's the daily report for Day 11 of the Alouettes' training camp on the Fort Saint-Jean Campus.
Pre-game
Because of the bad weather, the pre-game practice was held inside for the first time of training camp. Each player respected the rule and wore a hat.
MIA
Leslie Shepherd was at the doctors today. He has a muscle spasm in his left eye and was advised to take a few days off. He will not be playing in Hamilton tomorrow.
Will not travel
Aside from Leslie Shepherd, the following players will not make the trip: Mike Pringle, Josh Cochran, Demeco Archangel, Stéphan Larosilière and Stefen Reid. None of these players is seriously injured.
Travel schedule
The Alouettes leave tomorrow from Dorval Airport at 1 p.m. on Air Canada 413. The team arrives at Pearson Airport at 2:20 p.m. and will leave for Hamilton's Ivor Wynne Stadium by bus. After the game, the team leaves Toronto at 11:55 p.m. from Pearson on Air Canada 434 and arrives in Montreal at 1 a.m. Friday morning.
Schedule for Friday, June 14
Friday's schedule was postponed to 4 p.m. on Friday. As usual, players will be available on the field after practice.
