Toyota Center Banner and Guest Conduct Policies

Houston Aeros News Release


HOUSTON, Texas – The Toyota Center's Banner and Signs Policy and Guest Conduct Policy are as follows:

"Banners and signs are allowed in the Toyota Center, but may not exceed three feet in height and a reasonable length. Banners and signs may not be displayed during play due to sight restrictions. Banners and signs may not be hung or fastened anywhere in the arena. Poles to display banners or flags are prohibited. Banners and signs must not be commercial in nature of obscene, or cause any disturbance with other fans. Toyota Center reserves the right to remove any banner or sign without exception."

"Toyota Center is committed to providing guests with an enjoyable family atmosphere. Guests who are using foul language or appearing intoxicated will be ejected from the arena. Guests wearing obscene or indecent clothing will be denied entry. Shirts must be worn at all times. Noisemakers of any type are prohibited. Please contact a Toyota Center Team Member if you need assistance."

"We want our fans to enjoy the game and have good-natured fun in a fan-friendly environment," said Aeros president Tom Garrity. "Signs meant to disrespect Toyota Center and/or Aeros employees or any players won't be accepted. If the Toyota Center's established sign policies are not adhered to, we will unfortunately be forced to ban all signs from the arena."
