Bryan-College Station, TX - The Toucans secure a 4-2 win at home over Corpus Christi FC tonight following a tough loss to AHFC earlier this week. The Toucans dominated tonight holding possession for the majority of the game as well creating a lot of opportunities to score resulting in four goals.

The Toucans kept their momentum all night and never slowed down allowing them to win tonight's game despite being tied going into the half. This will mark the end of the home game stretch with the Toucans going on a three-game road trip where they can hopefully secure more wins and move up in the rankings. The victory this evening was also supplemented by good saves from keeper Micah Gunn who only allowed two goals out of the several shots taken.

William Doyen started off the scoring for the Toucans this evening in the eighteenth minute. This was his first goal of the season and Doyen was also credited with many great plays tonight to keep Corpus out of the goal. The second goal of the night was by newcomer David Garcia with his first start on this Toucans team and his goal was scored 42 minutes into his entire career with Twin City. Fela Osifeso also logged his first goal of the season in the 82nd minute and also assisted the final goal of the evening shortly after.

French native, Bryan Verset got his first start tonight after injury held him back from playing and he impressed the crowds at Edible Field with a goal in the 88th minute. His goal proved how much of an asset he can be for this team the remainder of the season and his speed and agility tonight made it look like he wasn't even coming off of injury.

The Carnival is coming to Edible Field - for tickets and information along with getting your replica Jersey of the most colorful jersey in all of sports, go to ToucansFC.com.
