
Toronto Recalls Alabi

Erie, Pennsylvania, Thursday, January 13 - The Toronto Raptors announced today they have recalled center Solomon Alabi from the Erie BayHawks, their NBA Development League Affiliate.
Alabi, 7-foot-1, 250 pounds, was on his second assignment with the team and appeared in the last four games for Erie. He played seven games during his first stint.
In 11 games (all starts), he averaged 8.9 points, 6.6 rebounds and 2.5 blocked shots in 22.1 minutes of play.
Alabi, a rookie out of Florida State, will be back with the Raptors when they host the Detroit Pistons on Friday.
Erie (14-7) heads to Maine (10-12) to face the Red Claws on Friday before traveling to Springfield (6-15) for a two-game set on Saturday and Tuesday.
