MARLIES NOTES
TROY BODIE opened the scoring for the Marlies after missing the last 11 games due to injury
BRENDAN MIKKELSON recorded his first point of the playoffs, a power play goal midway through the third period
MATT FRATTIN recorded an assist, he now has three points in the first three games
JOSH LEIVO added an assist pushing his point total to five in three playoff games
CHRISTOPHER GIBSON made 25 save in defeat, including a penalty shot
The Marlies hold a 2-1 lead in the best of five series
LOOKING AHEAD
The Marlies look to close out the Griffins this Saturday in Grand Rapids at 7:00 PM. If necessary the teams will play game five Sunday at 5:00 PM.
