
Toronto FC Loan Defender Luke Singh to Atlético Ottawa

Toronto FC announced today that defender Luke Singh has been loaned to Atlético Ottawa of the Canadian Premier League (CPL) through December 2023.
Singh, 22, spent the 2022 season on loan with FC Edmonton, where he started in each of his 24 appearances across all competitions (Canadian Premier League and Canadian Championship). He originally joined Toronto FC when he signed as a Homegrown Player on April 16, 2021, becoming the 26th player in club history to sign for the first team from the Toronto FC Academy. He made his First Team debut against Club León in the Concacaf Champions League on April 7, 2021 and scored one goal in a combined eight appearances for the Reds during the 2021 season. He also spent time on loan with Toronto FC II (2021) and Danish football club Brøndby IF (2019). Singh originally joined the Toronto FC Academy in January 2017.
Internationally, Singh has represented Trinidad & Tobago at the youth level at the 2018 Concacaf U-20 Championship.
