
Tornadoes to Hold Job Fair

Worcester, MA - The Worcester Tornadoes will be holding their annual gameday staff job fair on Thursday, May 1st from 6-8pm at the South Worcester Neighborhood Center, located at 47 Camp Street in Worcester.
"We have had three outstanding seasons, and a big part of that was due to the quality game-day employees that we have hired," said Tornadoes Director of Sales Dave "Peterman" Peterson. "Our game day staff becomes a crucial part of our fans' everyday experiences at the ballpark throughout the summer, and as a result, we pledge to bring on only the best and most qualified individuals."
The Tornadoes will be interviewing for a number of positions, including ushers, ticket sellers, ticket takers, guest relations, merchandise store attendants, grounds crew, security and Tykes Town.
Interested applicants must be 16 years of age or older and must be available to work night, weekends and holiday games during the Tornadoes 2008 home schedule. All applicants must bring their Social Security Card and a current driver's license, birth certificate or passport to be considered for a position. Applicants will also be required to fill out an application at the job fair, or can do so prior to the job fair by downloading the application from our website.

Opening Day is Thursday, May 22 at 7:05pm at . The Home Opener is Thursday, May 29 also vs. the Skyhawks at 7:05pm.
