
Tornadoes Home Exhibition Games Will be Free of Charge

Worcester, MA -- The Worcester Tornadoes have announced that their two 2008 home exhibition games at Hanover Insurance Park at Fitton Field will be completely free of admission charge
The first home exhibition game takes place on Sunday, May 18, when the Tornadoes host the Nashua Pride at 1:05pm. Two days later on Tuesday, May 20, Worcester will welcome the Brockton Rox to town at 6:05pm for the final contest of the exhibition season. Concessions stands and merchandise booths will be open for both home games. The Tornadoes first exhibition game takes place on the road at Brockton on Friday, May 16 at 6:05pm. All three exhibition games will be broadcast live on NewsTalk 580 AM and 94.9 FM WTAG.
The Tornadoes open the 2008 regular season on Thursday, May 22 on the road at Sussex against the Skyhawks. Game time is set for 7:05pm. The Tornadoes will return to Worcester for the 2008 Home Opener, also against Sussex, on Thursday, May 29. First pitch is scheduled for 6:05pm.
