*Get Used To 'Em:* The Tulsa Oilers host their long time rivals, the Oklahoma City Blazers tonight, in the first of three games in nine days between two of the original franchises since the CHL reformed in 1992. Both franchises recently played their 1,000^th regular season game.

*Records: *Oilers are 7-13-2 with 16 points in fourth place in the Northwest Division.

Oklahoma City is 10-12-2 for 22 points in third place in the Northwest Division.

*Season Series: *This is the fifth of 12 games between these two teams this season. The Oilers won the first meeting, Oklahoma has taken the last three, one of those in overtime. Oklahoma City has won just three road games, but two of those have been in Tulsa.

*Recent Action: *The Oilers snapped a four game winless streak with a 3-1 home ice win over Youngstown last night. Oklahoma City suffered its second shutout of the season, losing 2-0 to Bossier-Shreveport last night, giving up an empty net goal, and in spite of enjoying a 41-28 edge in shots on goal.

*Streaks Continue: *Warren McCutcheon scored in his sixth consecutive game last night, the longest streak of the season in the CHL. In that stretch he's had six goals and four assists for 10 points. Jeff Christian had a goal and assist last night. That gives him assists in six straight games. In those six games Christian has four goals and seven assist for 11 points.

*Streak Ends:* Oklahoma City's Marc Connors had a three game goal scoring streak end last night. Connors had scored four goals in the three games prior to last night.

*Auld Lang Syne:* Tonight is the final home game of 2007 for the Oilers.

*Next Up: *The Oilers and Blazers will play their traditional Christmas Night game in Oklahoma City on Tuesday. That starts a six game road trip for the Oilers. Their next home game is Tuesday January 8^th against Oklahoma City at 7:05 p.m.
