THE COACH OF THE YEAR IS WHERE? If the Bucks win tonight, they will become just the second team (after Austin) in the Central Hockey League this season to reach the 40-win plateau. Head Coach/General Manager Terry Ruskowski's team is leading the CHL in offense, scoring 3.98 goals per game. The Bucks are also allowing fewer shots on goal against, 29.21 per game, than any team in the league. The Bucks are the only expansion team in the CHL this season.
THE TANK: Andy Lundbohm brings a nine-game point streak into tonight's action. Lundbohm leads the Bucks with 14 points and a +7 in the last ten games.
WEEKEND TV LISTINGS: Saturday morning at 9:30, Univision 27 presents "Arriba Bucks!" Sunday night at 11:00, KGNS-TV presents the "Big Game Bucks Special." Terry Ruskowski is a special guest on KVTV 13's noon newscast on Monday.
NOTES FROM THE BULL PEN: Fort Worth is 4-4-2 in the last ten games. Goaltender Erasmo Saltarelli is 3-2-1 with a 2.67 goals-against average in his last six starts. Best wishes to the Van Volsens: Brahmas captain Joe Van Volsen is in Fort Worth with his wife, who is expecting a baby.
