LIKE FATHER, LIKE SON: Torii Hunter played for the Fort Wayne Wizards in 1994 as he was coming up with the Minnesota Twins. Playing the majority of that season at the age of 18, Hunter slashed .293/.358/.439 with 17 doubles, a triple, 10 home runs, and 50 RBIs in 91 games. He stole 8 bases in 18 tries. He'd go on to make his MLB debut in '97 and have a 19-year big league career with the Twins (97-07; 15), Angels (08-12), and Tigers (13-14) that included 5 All-Star selections and 9 Gold Glove awards... In 3 seasons, he caught 73 passes for 949 yards and 6 touchdowns. The Angels drafted him in the 23rd round in 2016. He made his MiLB debut last year, playing at the short-season level for Orem (Utah), and was a first-half All-Star for the Bees.
