
Tigres UANL, C.D. Aguila Unveil Travel Rosters

HOUSTON (Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2012) - The Houston Dynamo today announced the travel rosters and schedule for Tigres UANL of Mexico and C.D. Aguila of El Salvador ahead of their upcoming friendly, scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Saturday at BBVA Compass Stadium. Both teams' training sessions are open to the media.

Tigres' traveling roster, selected by head coach Ricardo Ferretti, includes midfielders Jonathan Bornstein, Lucas Lobos and Damian Alvarez and goalkeeper Enrique Palos.
Bornstein, from Torrance, Calif., has 38 appearances with the U.S. men's national team, including two starts at the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa. Bornstein joined Tigres in 2011 after five years with Chivas USA of Major League Soccer.
Lobos is Tigres' captain and has captured "Player of the Season" awards for the last two Mexican League seasons. Lobos is tied for the Liga MX lead with five goals in the current Apertura 2012 season.
Alvarez, born in Argentina but with Mexican citizenship, earned his first cap for Mexico in February. He joined Tigres in 2010 after helping Mexican power Pachuca win CONCACAF Champions' Cup titles in 2007 and 2008. Alvarez has experience with Argentina's River Plate and spent 2001 with Reggina in Italy's Serie A.
C.D. Aguila's traveling roster includes defenders Luis Anaya, Deris Umanzor, and Mardoqueo HenrÃ-quez.
Anaya, Aguila's captain, has 37 appearances for the Salvadoran national team. Umanzor played with the Chicago Fire in 2010 and has 44 appearances for La Selecta . HenrÃ-quez has 25 caps for El Salvador.
