
Tigers Looking for Game Night Coordinator

Medicine Hat Tigers News Release
We are looking to hire three Game Night Coordinators that will alternate throughout the season. Two will be required to be on hand for each home game.
Under the direction of the Marketing and Sales Executive, the Game Night Coordinators are responsible for the implementation of the promotional components of the Tigers' game night.
Duties:
Assist in coordination of in-game promotions
Coordinate in-game host and mascot activities
Participate as part of the Tigers promotional team
Set up of in-game promotional activities
Set up of pre-game introductions and special presentations
Set up of post-game presentations
Assistance with 50/50 and Jersey Draw raffles
Assistance with handouts/giveaways pre-game and/or post-game
Assist with game day arena setup and tear down
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of ice hockey
Experience with event management is preferred
Available to work evenings and weekends
Ability to think creatively
Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Display strong communication and interpersonal skills, be self directed and able to follow both written and verbal instructions
Ability to lift items up to 30 pounds
