Shortly after Preziuso's goal, Ryan Chyzowski won a face off in the ICE's end and Ryan Jevne quickly fired a wrist shot on net to score his 31st goal of the season.
Late in the opening frame, Chyzowski redirected the puck into the net on the power play to make it 3-0 after 20 minutes of play. Chyzowski's 27th goal of the season was assisted Jevne and Linus Nassen.
In the second stanza just as their fourth power play of the night expired, Jevne combined with Brett Kemp to set Nassen up to score his 7th goal of the season.
The ICE pushed back in the final frame and they scored two goals less than two minutes apart. Marco Creta and Holden Kodak were the goal scorers for the ICE.
Late in the game ICE netminder Jesse Makaj left his net after the Tigers were called for icing the puck. Kemp won possession of the puck and scored on the empty net to make it a 5-2 hockey game. Kemp's goal was his 32nd of the season.
Mads Søgaard stopped 29 of 31 shots while Makaj turned aside 51 of 55 shots faced.
