Cranbrook, B.C. - The Kootenay ICE (12-44-7-3) host the Medicine Hat Tigers (34-26-4-2) for the third and final time this season on Friday, March 15.
Puck drop is scheduled for 7 p.m. MT.

The ICE are coming off of a 4-0 loss to the Edmonton Oil Kings on March 10. ICE goaltender Duncan McGovern stopped 23-of-27 shots. The Oil Kings got goals from Trey Fix-Wolansky, Quinn Benjafield, Scott Atkinson and Conner McDonald. Oil Kings goaltender Todd Scott blocked all 18 shots he faced for the shutout. The ICE were outshot 28-18. They went 0-for-6 on the power play, 3-for-5 on the penalty kill and won 31-of-67 face-offs.
The ICE have amassed 32 points, which is good for sixth in the Central Division and 11th in the Eastern Conference.

The Medicine Hat Tigers visit the Kootenay ICE for the third and final time this season on Friday, March 15. With their victory over the Rebels on March 13, the Tigers have clinched a playoff spot in the Eastern Conference. Tonight's game is the final road game of the regular season for the Tigers.
