
Tigers Announce Minor League Spring Training Games

West Michigan Whitecaps News Release
COMSTOCK PARK, MI - The Detroit Tigers minor league affiliates will begin play in spring training exhibition games on March 17 at 1 p.m. against the Cleveland Indians affiliates.
The schedule consists of 12 games between March 17th to March 31st before the teams break camp on April 2nd. The 2006 Whitecaps team will receive their Midwest League Championship rings prior the Tigers-Nationals game on March 26.
For updated results on each Single-A spring training game, check the Whitecaps website at www.whitecapsbaseball.com. Below is a full schedule of the Tigers Class-A teams' games. All games begin at 1 p.m. and are subject to change.

Your first chance to see the 2007 West Michigan Whitecaps is April 4th when they take on Grand Valley State at 6:35 p.m. in a seven-inning exhibition game. The Whitecaps home opener in the Midwest League is April 9th against Lansing at 6:35 p.m.
