
Tifu Returned To Jackals

The Elmira Jackals announced Sunday that center Yannick Tifu has been returned to the team from his loan to the Albany River Rats (AHL) and will play for the Jackals in their game at the Trenton Devils on Sunday.
Tifu recorded a goal for Albany on Saturday night in its 7-6 overtime victory against Springfield. He had been loaned by the Jackals to Albany on Feb. 3 and played in three games for the River Rats.
Since playing in his first game with the Jackals on Nov. 20, Tifu leads the ECHL with 31 assists and 44 points.
