Scranton/Wilkes-Barre pounded out 15 hits en route to a 6-3 win over Norfolk Monday night at Harbor Park.

Seven different Yankees batters collected multiple hits in the game, with Virginia Beach product David Winfree leading the charge with three hits and a run scored.

One outing after his historic no-hitter, Tides starter Chris Tillman did not factor in the decision after yielding eight hits and two walks in five innings of work. The 22-year-old stranded eight runners in the outing, allowing just a two-out, two-run double to Kevin Russo in the fourth inning.

Norfolk trailed 2-0 entering the sixth inning but pushed across two runs in the frame when Scranton centerfielder Greg Golson dropped a two-out fly ball off the bat of Scott Moore, allowing Josh Bell and Jeff Salazar to score and knot the game at 2-2.

The Yankees jumped back in front in the seventh inning, as they strung together four consecutive two-out hits off of reliever Pedro Viola (0-1) to jump out to a 6-2 lead.

Norfolk pulled within 6-3 on an RBI single by Bell off of Scranton starter Ivan Nova (2-0) in the seventh, but relievers Kei Igawa and Jonathan Albaladejo kept the Tides off the board the final two innings to give the Yankees their second straight win in the series.

Albaladejo retired Bell on strikes with two runners on in the ninth to register his league-leading 8th save of the season.

Koji Uehara turned in his second consecutive strong relief outing, as he threw 12 of his 14 pitches for strikes in a scoreless sixth frame. Uehara struck out one in the inning, and the 35-year-old has not been scored upon in four major league rehab outings thus far.

Corey Patterson led Norfolk's offense with four singles, while Bell finished two two hits and an RBI.

The Tides and Yankees will wrap up their four-game set Tuesday afternoon from Harbor Park, with first pitch scheduled for 12:15. Jake Arrieta (2-1, 1.16) will take his International League-leading ERA to the mound against right-hander Zach MacAllister (0-1, 3.86).
