
Tickets Now on Sale for "Cheers to the Rapids"

COMMERCE CITY, Colo. (Thursday, February 27, 2014) - Tickets are now on sale for 'Cheers to the Rapids', the special season kickoff event at the Paramount Theatre on March 19, by clicking here. For just $25, and with all proceeds donated to Kroenke Sports Charities, fans will get a first look at the 2014 Rapids in their new primary uniform.
The event will also feature a special World Cup roundtable with U.S. Soccer CEO and Secretary General Dan Flynn and Rapids Special Assistant to the Technical Director Pablo Mastroeni, speaking about their experiences and offering their thoughts on the U.S. team at this summer's FIFA World Cup in Brazil.
"Our second annual "ËCheers to the Rapids' is a unique event for our fans to get to know the new team, and see the new primary uniform for the first time," said Rapids President Tim Hinchey. "We're thrilled that Dan Flynn will be joining us, and we know that both he and Pablo will have interesting stories for us ahead of an exciting summer of soccer. We look forward to seeing many of our fans at the Paramount on March 19."
The $25 entry cost will grant fans admission to the event, a drink ticket, parking near the Paramount and a Rapids gift. Tickets are available at www.ColoradoRapids.com/Cheers. All proceeds go toward Kroenke Sports Charities, which benefits children and families throughout Colorado.
