
Ticats Sign Five on Defense

Hamilton, Ontario - The Hamilton Tiger-Cats announced today that the team has signed import defensive linemen Demonte' Bolden, Justin Hickman and Dexter Manley II as well as defensive backs Chris Davis and Olukayode Oredugba.
Bolden, a 6-5, 290-pound native of Chattanooga, Tennessee played four seasons at Tennessee where he recorded 83 tackles, three quarterback sacks and 15 tackles for losses.
Hickman, a 6-2, 265-pound native of El Paso, Texas spent three seasons at UCLA, making 95 tackles, 19.5 quarterback sacks, and 31 tackles for losses in 35 games. He signed with the NFL's Washington Redskins after turning pro.
Manley, a 6-4, 280-pound native of Fairfax, Virgina played two seasons at West Texas A&M after transferring from Oregon. At West Texas A&M, Manley registered nine tackles, 2.5 tackles for losses and 1.5 quarterback sacks.
Davis, a 6-0, 205-pound native of Stone Mountain, Georgia played four years at Duke where he recorded 171.5 tackles, two quarterback sacks and one interception. He also returned 36 punts for 206 yards and 40 kickoffs for 941 yards and a touchdown.
Oredugba (full name pronounced Oh-Luke-KAI-yo-day Or-egg-DOOG-ba), a 6-1, 194-pound native of Santa Monica, California spent three seasons at UCLA.
