Thursday's Game Postponed; Doubleheader Friday

Hickory Crawdads News Release
HICKORY, NC - Thursday's scheduled game between the Hickory Crawdads and Asheville Tourists at L.P. Frans Stadium has been postponed due to lightning .
The two teams will play a doubleheader this Friday with back-to-back seven-inning games starting at 5 p.m. Gates will open at 4 p.m. and one ticket is good for both games. The Friday Night Fireworks show, presented by Carolina Anesthesia Associates and The Big Dawg 92.1FM, will occur after the second game on Friday night.
All tickets from Thursday's game may be redeemed for tickets of equal or lesser value to any future 2012 home game. For any questions, please contact the Ticket Office at (828) 322-3000.

Friday Night Fireworks, presented by Carolina Anesthesia Associates and The Big Dawg 92.1FM, will light up the sky at L.P. Frans this Friday, with a 5 p.m First Pitch to the doubleheader against Asheville. That night will also feature Mascot Olympics and is CenturyLink Customer Appreciation Night. Gates open at 4 p.m.
The 'Dads then wrap up the series against the Tourists on Saturday at 6 p.m. Saturday is Tote Bag Giveaway with FREE Tote Bags for the first 1,000 fans with paid admission, courtesy of Blue Ridge Energies and 1290 WHKY! Also, the first 1,000 fans with paid admission will have their choice of a FREE President Obama or Mitt Romney Bobblehead, as part of the Bobblection promotion! Gates open at 5 p.m. on Saturday.
