EVANSVILLE, IN - Evansville picked up one point in the shootout loss last weekend versus Knoxville. Friday night's game against the Ice Bears was the third time in four meetings that the game was decided in bonus time. Evansville fell to Knoxville Saturday as the Ice Bears took a three games to two lead in the season series.

Justin MacDonald leads the team with 19 points in 17 games played. MacDonald has a nine-game point streak. The streak is the longest in the SPHL this season. His 19 points has him tied for 14th in points.

Brad Bourke has a four-game assist streak. Bourke is second on the Thunderbolts in scoring with 17 points. He is second in the league in scoring among defenseman. Three of his five goals are on the powerplay, also making him second in the league among defenseman.

Brad Cuzner and Josh Harris are two other Thunderbolts who have showed well on the scoreboard lately. Cuzner has four points (one goal, three assists) in the past five games. Harris has seven points in the last three games. He leads the club with three game-winning goals.

Next Opponent

Evansville and Huntsville will play a home and home series this weekend. Friday, Evansville will travel to Huntsville. The Havoc return to the Ford Center Saturday night. Huntsville is the top team in the SPHL boasting a .820 win percentage. They lead the league with 13 away victories. Currently, they are on an eight-game win streak and have a 9-0-1 record in their last 10 games.

The Havoc are led in scoring by Sy Nutkevitch. He is second in the SPHL with 27 points. Lou Educate is the team's sniper. He has 17 goals in 24 games to lead the league. The Havoc are 2-0 on the season versus the Thunderbolts.

Thunderbolt Manuevers

Defenseman Dan Cornell and forward Mike Scorcia have been activated for the I.R. Defenseman Frank Schumacher was returned from Fort Wayne (ECHL). Defenseman Josh Elmes was placed on the 21 day I.R.Forward Al Graves was placed on the 14 day I.R. Defenseman Bo Driscoll was waived.
