
Thunder Tickets Now on Sale

WICHITA, KS- Tickets for the Wichita Thunder went on sale today, Wednesday, Sept. 14. As per Wednesday, 1300 season tickets had already been sold. The INTRUST Bank Arena holds over 13,000 seats.
The phones in the Thunder office have been ringing off the hook all morning as avid Thunder fans call to reserve their seats for games on the opening weekend, October 21 and 22. Brandon Steven, who recently purchased the team with his brothers Rodney and Johnny, expects several of the games to sell out this season.
"We have many surprises in store for Wichita where the Thunder is concerned," he said. "We're excited to partner with this amazing team, and are excited to see where it can go."
The Wichita Thunder was ranked third in the league for average attendance last season, out of 18 teams in the Central Hockey League.
