
Thunder Playoff Watch Parties to Continue at King's Room of Stockton Arena

STOCKTON, Calif. - The Stockton Thunder, a two time recipient of the ECHL "Award of Excellence," announced the King's Room of Stockton Arena will serve again as the Thunder's official road game Watch Party host of the 2013 Western Conference Semifinal series.
Admission is free to all fans and doors to the King's Room of Stockton Arena, located adjacent to the North Entry, will open 30 minutes before opening face-off.
Continuing a similar format from the Western Conference Quarterfinals, the Watch Parties will offer opportunities for fans to take advantage of food selections which offer tacos, hot dogs, popcorn, pretzels and nachos. The full bar of the King's Room will be open, offering standard beverage selections.
During each game, prizes will be raffled to lucky fans in attendance, including hockey gifts from the Thunder.

The Thunder defeated the Las Vegas Wranglers, 4-3 in the Conference Quarterfinals to advance to the second round of the Kelly Cup Playoffs for the fourth time in five seasons.
The ECHL affiliate of the Edmonton Oilers of the NHL, the Thunder led the ECHL in attendance for four consecutive seasons and drew over 200,000 fans for the seventh consecutive season in 2011-12.
