Thunder Individual Game Tickets On Sale October 14

STOCKTON, Calif. - The Stockton Thunder has announced individual game tickets for all 36 home games for the 2006-07 regular season will go on-sale beginning Saturday, October 14 at Stockton Arena, at Noon PT.

The Stockton Arena ticket office will open for individual ticket purchases beginning at Noon PT on Saturday, October 14, and remain open until 2:00 p.m. PT.

High-demand seats still remain for the Thunder's 2006-07 home opener against the Long Beach Ice Dogs at Stockton Arena, beginning at 7:30 p.m. PT on Saturday, October 28 and for "Thunder Goes Pink" weekend, when Stockton faces Long Beach and the Phoenix RoadRunners on Friday, November 3 and Saturday, November 4, with both games beginning at 7:30 p.m. PT.

Tickets for the home opener, "Thunder Goes Pink" weekend and all home games are available for as low as $7, with the popular "lower premium" seats available for only $16. Group discounts are available for groups of 10 or more.

Individual tickets can be purchased beginning October 14 by calling the Stockton Arena ticket office at (209) 373-1700, visiting www.stocktontickets.com or visiting the ticket office in-person, which is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. PT, and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. PT.

The Thunder opens pre-season training camp on Friday, October 6 at Stockton Arena, and begins its 2006-07 pre-season schedule on Tuesday, October 10 against the Bakersfield Condors at Rabobank Arena.

The Thunder faces the Fresno Falcons in its only Stockton Arena pre-season game on Sunday, October 15 at 4:00 p.m., and opens the 2006-07 regular season at Bakersfield on Friday, October 20 at 7:00 p.m. PT.

An ECHL affiliate of the National Hockey League's Edmonton Oilers, the Thunder drew 228,364 fans to Stockton Arena in its inaugural season, the ECHL's best attendance mark for 2005-06.
