Montreal, June 12, 2003 - Montreal Alouettes General Manager Jim Popp announced today that the team has made some cuts.
Defensive tackle Jason Richards, quarterback Ben Sankey and receiver Mace Freeman have been released.
The Alouettes must trim down their roster to 40 players for the first regular season game which takes place on Tuesday, June 17 at 9 p.m. (Quebec time) in Calgary (TSN/RDS/CJAD/CKAC).
