Club de Foot Montreal News Release

OTTAWA - The Canadian Soccer Association selected Montreal Impact wingers Ballou Jean-Yves Tabla (previous club: Panellinios) and David Choinière (previous club: Celtix du Haut-Richelieu), along with defender Thomas Meilleur-Giguère (previous club: L'Assomption) for a U20 camp, from January 12 to 22, in Toronto and Panama.

This camp will be a preparation for the 2017 CONCACAF Men's U20 Championship in Costa Rica, from February 17 to March 5. The team will also play two games in Panama against the host country.

David Choinière took part in a camp with the U20 team last November, while Ballou Jean-Yves Tabla and Thomas Meilleur-Giguère both participated in three camps in 2016.

Tabla was named Canadian U20 Player of the Year in 2016, while Meilleur-Giguère arrived second.

Goalkeeper James Pantemis will not join his teammates at the camp because of an injury.
