Three Eastern Division Teams Make Moves

GREENVILLE, S.C., Jan. 10, 2007 - Three NBA Development League Eastern Division teams made roster moves on Wednesday, with two of the three bringing back a familiar face for the hometown fans.

Guard Stephen Graham (6-6, 215) returns to Sioux Falls after playing 14 games with the Portland Trail Blazers this season, averaging 11.8 minutes, 3.2 points and 1.5 rebounds. In 67 NBA games with Chicago, Houston, Cleveland and Portland, Graham has averaged 7.7 minutes, 2.4 points and 1.5 rebounds. In 16 games with the Skyforce last season, the Oklahoma State product averaged 21.0 points, 5.5 rebounds and 4.3 assists. The Skyforce waived guard DeSean Hadley due to injury. The D-League single-season three-point shooting leader, Desmon Farmer, is returning to the Tulsa 66ers after being waived by the Seattle Sonics on Jan. 4. He played in eight games for Portland, averaging 1.6 points and 1.1 assists. Farmer (6-5, 220) played in 48 games for the 66ers last season, averaging 32.2 minutes, 16.4 points, 3.6 rebounds and 2.1 assists. His 113 three-pointers made and 264 three-pointers attempted are both D-League single season records. Farmer takes the roster spot vacated when forward Mustafa Al-Sayaad was waived due to injury.

The Fort Worth Flyers acquired center Badou Gaye (6-9, 245) from the D-League available player pool to take the spot vacated when Kelenna Azubuike was signed by the Golden State Warriors. Gaye played in 14 games last season with Liege in Belgium, averaging 5.1 points, 4.1 rebounds and 1.2 blocks.
