Thorns FC to Host Preseason Tournament March 5-11 at Providence Park

PORTLAND, Ore. - Portland Thorns FC today announced details for their preseason tournament at Providence Park. Spanning March 5-11, the four-team invitational tournament features Thorns FC, the U.S. Under-23 Women's National Team, the Chicago Red Stars and OL Reign.

Portland and OL Reign will square off Saturday, March 5; kickoff is set for 5 p.m. (Pacific). Chicago and the U.S. U-23 WNT will face each other in the opening match at 2:30 p.m. (Pacific). On Tuesday, March 8, Thorns FC play host to the U.S. U-23 WNT at 7:30 p.m. (Pacific), while the second day of games begins with Chicago taking on OL Reign at 5 p.m. (Pacific). Portland concludes the preseason tournament against the Red Stars on Friday, March 11, at 7:30 p.m. (Pacific), while OL Reign and the U.S. U-23 WNT square off at 5 p.m. (Pacific).

Tickets for the tournament are included in Thorns FC Annual Memberships. Individual tickets for both the preseason tournament and 2022 NWSL Challenge Cup will go on sale to the general public on Tuesday, March 1, at 10 a.m. (Pacific) online at www.thornsfc.com.
