
Thomas Returns from Fort Wayne as Playoff Roster Takes Shape

SOUTHAVEN, Miss. - Mississippi RiverKings Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Derek Landmesser announced today that forward Leo Thomas has returned from his call-up to ECHL Fort Wayne.
Thomas, 34, appeared in 23 games with the RiverKings prior to his call-up and amassed six goals and seven assists. In 26 games with the Komets this season, the 5-foot-11, 190-pound native of Toronto, Ontario had four goals and 10 assists.
Thomas will be in the lineup tonight as the RiverKings face off against the Pensacola Ice Flyers. He will wear 24.
To make room for Thomas, the RiverKings waived forward Bret Peppler.
