Thomas McNamara to Undergo Knee Surgery

CARSON, Calif. (Friday, April 18, 2014) - Chivas USA midfielder Thomas McNamara will undergo knee surgery after suffering a right ACL and medial meniscus tear during the club's 1-1 draw at Portland Timbers last Saturday, April 12. The surgery will take place at a date yet to be determined and additional information on the prognosis will be provided at a later time.
Chivas USA are set to continue with their four-game stretch against conference opponents when they host Seattle Sounders FC on Saturday beginning at 7:30 p.m. (PT) at the StubHub Center.
