
The United Way Black and White Game Helps Raise Money

Together, the United Way and the Sarnia Sting raised $2086.38 via the generous donations of patrons attending the game. 50/50 bought in $212.50 and some wonderful folks also donated canned goods at the door which were dropped off at the Inn Of The Good Shepherd. Thank you Sarnia-Lambton for your generousity!
As for the game, it was a high scoring-back and forth-type of game. Team White eventually edging out Team Black 7-6.
The team will now prepare for their first exhibition game against the London Knights on Friday night down at Bud Gardens (7:30 pm Game Time). The Sting and Knights will meet again Saturday night at the RBC Centre puck drop will be at 7:05 pm.
