The Story:
The Lions enter the weekend looking to make it six-consecutive matches unbeaten in The City Beautiful.
City comes into Saturday's match with a three-game unbeaten streak against the Chicago Fire dating back to August 2021, having not conceded a goal in that stretch.
Goalkeeper Pedro Gallese will look for his fourth-consecutive clean sheet in as many appearances after recording a shutout in Seattle this past Saturday in his return from international duty.
The Fire travel to downtown Orlando riding back-to-back victories following a stretch that saw them go six matches without a win.
Quote of the Week:
"We always prepare our games with the respect that every team deserves. We're concentrating on our game [against the Chicago Fire], in the way we're going to plan it, and thinking that it's going to be a hard game. It is our responsibility not to take anything lightly and to see that we're at home and we have debt to our fans. We need to fill those gaps and win games at home without being desperate."
- Head Coach Oscar Pareja
