MYRTLE BEACH, SC - Don't just take any vacation this summer. Treat yourself to a Peli-Cation with the Myrtle Beach Pelicans. Two lucky winners will be selected each month this season to join kick back and relax at Pelicans Ballpark, brought to you by the Fairfield Inn & Suites.

Starting April 1st, fans can enter to win a two night stay at the Fairfield Inn and Suites Myrtle Beach and four Field Box seats. The lucky winners also get the opportunity to throw out a ceremonial first pitch as part of their Peli-Cation.

Two winners will be selected per month, April through August. There is one entry per person 18 years of age and older. The Peli-Cation sweepstakes grand prize is valued at more than $250 dollars.

To enter, fans can log on to MyrtleBeachPelicans.com and follow the directed links, or send an entry by mail, including name, address, city, state and zip code, day and evening telephone numbers (including area codes), date of birth and e-mail address (optional).

And while winners are relaxing with baseball at the beach, make sure to stop by the Pelicans Pro Shop. In honor of HBO's hit show, Eastbound & Down, the pro shop is stocked with Myrtle Beach Pelicans 'Eastbound & Down style' on-field caps, Myrtle Beach Mermen t-shirt jersey's, Eastbound & Down glasses along with Kenny Powers costumes and bobblehead dolls. It can all be found in the front corner of the store, a section of the Pro Shop dedicated to the HBO hit show, which recently wrapped up filming its third season at Pelicans Ballpark.

Pelicans single game tickets, season tickets, flex Books and mini-plans for the 2012 season are now on sale at the Pelicans Ballpark offices or by calling (843) 918-6000. Normal box office hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm and Saturday from 10am-2pm. Tickets are available anytime online at MyrtleBeachPelicans.com, powered by TicketReturn. The Pelicans open 2012 at home against the Wilmington Blue Rocks, Friday, April 6th, at 7:05 pm.
