ANCHORAGE, AK â Coke and the Alaska Aces are proud to present the 2005 Quest for the Kelly Cup Tailgate Party. Starting at 5pm today at the Sullivan Arena, Aces fans are invited to get a hot dog and coke for $2.00 and celebrate the first game of the playoffs.
All revenue sales go to support the Alaska Aces Skate Into Reading program. This program provides schools with more than 400 books each year as well as visits from the players. During the 2004-05 season, the players visited 17 elementary schools and 2 hospitals.
In addition to the tailgate party today, Coke will be giving away samples of Coke with Lime at the doors after the game.
Aces play the Bakersfield Condors today and tomorrow at 7:15pm with away games in Bakersfield on the April 14th and 16th. A second tailgate party has been scheduled for Monday, April 18th if a game 5 is needed at the Sullivan Arena.
All playoff games will be broadcast live on flagship station KFQD 750 AM and at www.alaskaaces.com
