Tacoma Defiance Travels to Ventura County FC for Friday Night Matchup

RENTON, WASH. - Tacoma Defiance (5-4-1, 17 points) continues its road swing as it takes on Ventura County FC (5-3-2, 19 points) on Friday, May 31 at William Roland Stadium (7:00 p.m. PT / Apple TV).

Tacoma is coming off a 3-2 win over Houston Dynamo 2 on May 26. Burke Fahling and Snyder Brunell each scored their first goals of the season in the victory.

Following the result, Defiance now sits in third place in the Pacific Division, two points behind Ventura County.

This is the second contest between the two sides this year, with Ventura County winning the first match 5-2 on March 31.

Following Friday's match, Tacoma returns home to host St. Louis CITY2 on Thursday, June 6 at Starfire Stadium (7:00 p.m. PT / MLSNEXTPro.com).
